CO-OPERATIVE CONGRESS. London, August 20. The Co-operative Conference has formed a committee to promote permanent' business relations with cooperative workers all over the world. August 21. At the Co-operative Congress Mr Thomas Brassey said that during the year 120 co-operative societies, with a capital of £799,000, had transacted trade to the extent of a million and a quarter, with a profit of £68,000.
