The CLIMATE in its HEALTH-GIVING PROPERTIES is unsurpassed ; the COST OF LIVING is exceedingly MODERATE; and the locality is easy of access by river, kail, or road from Auckland and the Thames. In addition to these ad vantages there are for the Robust abundant means of enjoyment in v BOATING, RIDING, AND DRIVING, while for those in delicate health the neatly laid out Domain forms a most; pleasant resort. These Mineral Waters are exceedingly interesting, and ■ will prove of. great vain medicinally. They closely resemble some the European Mineral Springs oo justly brated, more especially those of Vichy, Ems andFachingen. Their Curativejfalue will fee greatest in Rheumatic and Arthritic Diseases, Calculus, Affections of the Kidneys, and Dyppepia.
