In the matter of the Public Trust Office Acts for the time being, and in the matter of the estate of David , Hurley, late of Morrinaville, in ' the Provincial District of Auckland, deceased NOTICE is hereby given that all creditors and others-having claims against the above estate are required to send in to the office of the Public Trustee, Cuslomliouse Qmy, Wellington, or his District Agent at Auckland, and in writing, on or before the -26th day of August, 1895, full particulars of such claims giving ihe items and amount of the same ; and the Public Ti ust will, at the expiration of the said time or as soon (Hereafter as conveniently may be, distribute the assets of the said deceased or any part thereof among the parties entitled theretb, having regard only to the claims which the Public Trustee shall have then had notice, arid according to the priorities given by the Public Trust Office Acts for (he time being to such claims as between themselves respectively.
