The length of siich race is about six miles T or thereabouts, and its intended Coarse is in a northerly direction. The mean depth,of such race is three feet tix inches, and the mean breadth is f our feet six inches, and it is proposed to divert fifteen Government heads of water. Cost of construction : £BOOO.
