THREATENED ACTION AGAINST NELSON BROS
DAMAGES CLAIMED £30,000. . . Invf.bcakgill, Monday. . It is reported that the directors of the Southland Frozen Meat Company have decided to take action against Nelson Brothers (Limited) for £30,000 damages for breach of contract. The claim is based on the allegation that after having entered into an agreement with the company not to compete here in the frozen meat business, Nelson Brothers were directly con-, eerned in the establishment »of the Ocean Beach Freezing Works, Bluff, Sir Eobert Stout has been retained by the plaintiff, and the writ will he. served in England as soon as the necessary authority is conveyed by cable.
