MORRINSVILLE.
POOTBALL MEETING. (Prom our own correspondent.) A meeting was held in the Nottingham Castle Hotel on Saturday evening last,‘Mr T. Hinton in the chair. It was unanimously agreed to form a Club, to be called the Morrinsville Football Club. •_ There being no report to be rec.-i from last year, the election of officers was forthwith proceeded with : Patron, Hon A. J. Cadman; President, Mr W. Main Vice-president;, - Messrs L. Warren, F. Marshall, A- Aitken, J. W. Schofield and R. M, Hamilton; Captain, Mr T. Hinton ; Vice-captain, Mr E. Clarke ; ; Secretary and Treasurer, Mr E. Clarke; Committee, Captain, Secretary, and Messrs G. Ymcent, A. Orr, and E. Goldsbury. The Club, it was agreed, is to provide jerseys, colour, bine and black, for the team. The subscription was fixed at ss, no person to be)considered ? a member till he hacL previously paid his subscription. The question of joining the Waikato Rugby Union was discussed, and allowed to stand over for further consideration.
