I HEREBY give notice that I intend to construct a water-race to divert and use water for mining purposes, conimenc--j n „ a t a point with a peg marked on the Waiorongomai River, and terminating at a point with a peg marked X on the same river. . , The length of such race is a mile or thereabouts, and its intended course is southerly. Being abandoned surveyed water light No. 101, as per survey plan ’■ in the Warden’s Office. The mean depth of the race is 2ft. 6in., and the mean breadth is 4ft. 6in., and it is pioposed to divert 10 Government heads of water. Cost of construction—£looo.
