I HEREBY givn notice that I intend to construct a water-race to divert and use water for mining purposes, commencing at a point with a peg marked X on the Waiorongomai River, and terminating at a point with a peg marked X on the same river. The length of such race is a mile or thereabouts, and it* intended course is southerly. Being abandoned surveyed water tight No. 101, as per survey plan iri the Warden’s Offi -o. The mean depth of the race is 2ft. 6in., and the mean breadth i* 4ft. 6in., and it is proposed to divert 10 Government heads of water. Cost, of construction—£looo.
