CONDITIONS
Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, Te Arolia Jockey C ut* Handicap, Flying Stakes Handicap, Publican’s Purse, Pony Race, and Maiden Plate, must be made to the Secretary. Te Arolia, before 8 pan., on THURSDAY, February 2ist, 1895. Weights will appear on or about THURSDAY. February 28. Entries for Hack Race and acceptances for all Handicaps to bo made before 7 l>,m. on March bih;. The age and pedigree of Horses, and their Performance must be sent in addressed to the Secretary, with nominations. In the event of Horse-owners not complying with this rule they will be subject to disqoalificatic o by the Stewards. AH protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within ten minutes after the Race, accompanied by £1 Is, which shall 1 e forfeited to the Club, if the Protest is dismissed- The-Stewards decision to be final. „ • The Colours of Riders must be sent in with Entries.. Jockeys not riding in the colours. entered will be fined £1 js. No nomination or acceptance will bo received on any pretence whatever, after the hour named, or without being accompanied by the necessary amount in cash.
