Nominations for Handicap Hurdles; Te Aroha Jockey Cuh Handicap, Flying Stakes Handicap, Publican’s Purse, Pony Race, and Maiden Plate, must be made to the Secretary, Te Aroha, before 8 p.m., on THURSDAY, February 21st, 1895. Weights will appear ou or about THURSDAY. February 28. Entries for Hack Race and acceptances | for all Handicaps to ?he made before 7 p.m. on March 6 th. The age and pedigree of Horses, and their Performance must be sent in addressed to the Secretary, with nominations. In the event of Horse-Owners not complying with this rule they will be subject to disqualification by the Stewards. All protests must be made in writing to the Secretary within ten minutes after the Race, accompanied by £l la, which shall be forfeited to the Club, if the Protest is dismissed.
