THAMES CATTLE MARKET.

Te Aroha, Friday, Jan. 25. The following prices are at present ruling in the Auckland.market; for the under mentioned stock, produce, etc. :

At Fleming and Co.’s weekly sale of fat cattle which was held on the 23rd inst., at their yards, Parawai, Thames,they report: A full market was yarded, all sold, prices being much easier. Good steer beef sold equal to 18s per lOOlbs, and cow beef 17s per lOOlbs. Sheep and lambs,'a plentiful supply were penned, and sold as follows : Wethers 11s; Ewes 8s to 9s Gd; and lambs from 5s to 7s each. A slight enquiry exists for springers near calving.
