(to the Editor.l Sir, —The Te Aroha Town Board seem to be at a loss to know what is the best steps to take with regard to one of the members—or to find out whether he is legally a member ur not. It Is high time that something was done in the matter. If the gentleman referred to is not a member of the Board, then by all means let there be an election so as to give us our proper number of representatives. Trusting you will find room for these few remarks. —I am, etc.,
