' A Professional Cyclißts’ Union of Victoria has been formed, with its headquarters at Wangaratta, having for its object the protection and furtherance of the interests of professional riders in the'colony, to run off professional championships, and to register all professional records. The English press, referring to recent matches of the Australians, consider the team is collapsing.
