At Fleming and Uo.’s weekly sale of fat cattle which was held on 11th. inst., at theii yards, Parawai, Thame*: They report a full market were yarded and all sold freely, bidding being spirited throughout:—Steers Hold at font L 3 17s (Id to L 4 12s 6'd each, being equal to from Jsh 6d to 16* 6d per lOOlha jffeiferssold at from L2 10s to L 3 15s each, being equal to from 12s fid to!4s 6d per lOOlba : Gown sold at from L2 10s to L 3 15s each, haing equal to from Its to I2» per IQOIbs; Sheep market : A full complement were peum d being principally ewes, and sold at from 10s to I2s each, AUCKLAND MARKETS. Buckbmd and S >n’s Weekly Report.—On Tuesday an unusually large muster of hides and skins were Held; Hides were firm nt previous quotations, skins advanced slightly : Heavy ox hides brought from 4d to 4fd ; medium, 3d to s|d ; light ox and cow hides, to 2fd ; oalfskius. 3d to 4| i the lb ;■ butcher's sheep skins. 5s lOd to 3- . station skins, I* ,6d to 2s; lamb skins, 2s 4d to 2s sti each ; tallow, I7h 3d to IBs the cwt. At 1 Kemoeraon on Thursday, dairy cows of good quality were in icqiiest at from L 4 to L 5 each. Store cuttle sold freeiy, : particularly steers of all cliiksch. Fat cattle plentiful. Price* were steady at 16s the 1001 b for ox beef, but cows and coo se steers were lower ,in price. Fat calves, in full numbers, kept their values throughout the sale, store sheep in fair i lOuiry, Crossbred ewes brought from 10- to 7s . two-tooth ewes, I2s each. Fat sheep s >ld irregularly; and: some were withdrawn Those sold kept their values wethers, I3s (si to 17s ; ewes, 8s to I4a each. Pig- were also yarded in full number. Well-bred bacon pigs brought : from 45« to 60s ; porkers, 2Cs to 27h. Course pigs sold better tln.n for many weeks, bringing from 6s to 15.8 each. Above 300 gold.
