SUBSCRIBERS have sometimes com plained that they do not receive tliei Papers through the Post until they sir several days old, and occasionally tha some issues they never received at all. Tlie News is posted regularly, and shouh reach subscribers in due course. It is to our interest to have the Pape delivered punctually ; but when it ha been duly posted we have no furthe control. If Subscribers who do not receiv their Papers regularly will kindly ad vis the Manager of the News, immediate am strict inquiries will be made into th matter.
