O ÜBSCRiniSRS have sometimes coniplained tlmt they do not receive their Papers through the Post until they are f.cve 'id days old, and occasionally that some iss les they never received at all. The News is posted regularly, and should reach subscribers in due course. it is to our interest to have the Paper delivered punctually ; but when it has been duly posted we have no further control. If Subscribers who do not receive their Papers regularly will kindly advise the Manager of the News, immediate and strict inquiries will be made into the matter.
