MRS PARNELL.
AMERICAN CONGRESS VOTES A PENSION. Washington, May 10. Congress has granted a pension cf £lO per month to Mrs Parnell, senr. DILLON TAKES FIRST PLACE. London, May 11. Dillon has virtually superseded Par nell as leader of the Irish party. Dil lion, Deasy and Esmonde are to be banquetted in Dublin on the twentyeighth of this month.
