From the account of the Brown-Bubear sculling match which was pulled the other day on the Parramatta, it would appear that Broivn was winning as he liked, stopping for Bubear and then pulling away from him, when he unfortunately took the latter’s water, and by a supreme eflort Bubear got the bow of his boat inside Brown, though without touching, and of course the referee awarded him the race on the claim of a foul.
