SUBSCRIBERS have sometimes complained that they do not receive their Papers through the Post until they are several days old, and occasionally that some issios they never received at all. The News is posted regularly, and should reach subscribers in due course. 31 is to our interest to have the Paper delivered punctually ; but when it has been duly posted we have no further control.
