NEW PLYMOUTH, April 22. The investigations made by Samuel as to the movements of the native charged with the Malony murder, go to prove that Mahi Kahi could not have been in the recreation ground at the time of the murder. Two witnesses hare made statements to that effect to the police, and will give evidence at the inquest.
