SUBSCRIBERS have sometimes com plained that they do not receive their Papeis through the Post until they are several days old, and occasionally that some issues they never received at all. The News is posted regularly, and should reach subscribers in due course. It is to our interest to have the Paper delivered punctually; but when it has been duly posted we have no further control. If Subscribers who do notreceive their Papers regularly will kindly advise the Manager of the News, immediate and strict inquiries will be made into the matter.
