Fat calves plentiful ; choice bred young calves kept their values, but many of those offered were course, and those were lower in price, fat cattle numerous ; 350 head, mostly sfeers of good quality, sold, arid of these eiyht only were bought by the grazier. Prices for steers were steady at 15s. Good cows, 13s the 1001 b. No store sheep offered : fat sheep, in short supply, advanced in price from Is to 2s each ; wethers brought from 13s to I7s : ewes, 7s to 12s Gd each ; lambs in their wool, 9s to 12s Gd ; shorn, 6s to 8s each.
