Tho Editor: ‘ Take that chair, Miss Bos ting,’ Miss Bosting (with a roll of manuscript) —' Thank you, I will not take the chair, but I shall be glad to occupy it while I read you my poem on icicles. The doctor, who daily is going his round, Inspecting inflictions of throat and of lungs, May not in all learning be deep and profound, But he must be familiar with quite a few tongues.
