INSANITARY VICTORIA.
TYPHOID AND DIPHTHERIA. TWENTY - FIVE DEATHS REPORTED. Melbourne, March 24. Ninety-six cases of diptheria were reported in Victoria last week, and twentyfive deaths from that disease, also 218 gases of typhoid.
SMALLPOX AT SINGAPORE. Thursday Island, March 24. Information has been received; by mail of an outbreak of influenza and small-pox at Singapore.
