Judgment by default for El 6s .5d -(less £1 paid into Court), and costs £2 5s 6d. Judgment Summon’s : Collins v. Me Pike ; and Collins v. Booth. Adjourned till next Court day. Lovcgrove Bros, and Tlowell v. R.' McCall; Claim L 7 10s, for breach of flax cutting contract.
Mr Meldrum, solicitor for plaintiffs. After hearing the evidence on both sides, the Court gave judgment for Ihe full amount claimed, with costs £L 19s.
