No nominations or acceptances will he received on any pretence whatever after the hour named, or without the}’ be accompanied with the necessary amoinit of cash and a qualification fee of 10* Gd. Performances, age, and description of horses, and riders colors, must be sent with nominations and general entries. In case of protest the sum of 20s must be lodged with the Stewards which will be forfeited should the protest he considered frivolous or vexatious, the Steward's decision to he final.
