SURSCRIRERS have, sometimes com plained that they do not receive.their Papers through the Tost until they are several days old, and occasionally that pome iss.ies they never received at all. The News is posted regularly, and : shotdd reach subscribers in due course. It is to our interest to have the Paper delivered punctually; but when it has been duly posted we have no further control. If Subscribers \yho;do not receive their Papers regularly will kindly advise the Manager of the News, immediate and Strict inquiries will bo made into the matter.
