Nominations for Handicap Hurdles, Te Aroha Jockey Club Handicap, Pony Race Handicap, and Waiorongomai Plate Handicap, must be made to the Secretary. To Aroha, before 8 p.tn. on Tuesdav, March 4th, 1890. Weights will he published in Te Aroha and Ohinemuki News on Saturday, March Bth. Acceptances to he declared before 8 p.m. on Saturday March 15th. No nominations or acceptances will be received on any pretence w liatevcr after the hour named, or without they be accompanied with the necessary amount of cash and a qualification fee of 10s Gd. Performances, age, and description of horses, and riders colors, must be sent with nominations and general entries. In case of protest the sum of 20s must lie lodged with the Stewards which will be forfeited should the protest lie considered frivolous or vexatious, the Steward's decision to be final.
