FORTH BRIDGE

A GRAND OPENING. London, March 4. The Prince of Wales opened the new Forth Bridge to-day. The ceremony was a great spectacle. It is reported that Sir John Fowler, one of the engineers for the Forth Bridge, will receive a baronetcy in recognition of his achievements in connection with that undertaking.
