A LOVE SONG TO A WIFE.

Shy lids are dropping o'er radiant eyes, And the air is full of delightful dghs ; Cheeks grow and dimple, and red lips part— And, oh! how fondly heart answers heart 1 For very gladness young pulses sing— Ah, love is a ’wildering, witching thing ; An exquisite, tremulous, heaven born slrain, That fills the soul with delirious pain. We hare been lovers for forty years : O dear cheeks faded and worn with tears, What an eloquent story of love ye tell !
