Capfcaiu Russell has scratched Katinka for the Wanganui Jockey Cub’s meeting. The second batch of the Hon. J. White’s horses for England are to be shipped from Sydney on Saturday next. The other day, Mr W. H. Keith, the owner of Soudan, was- fined £lO for not scratching Soudan for the Mordialloc Handicap at the Epsom Racing dub meeting, Melbourne. Neither Mr Keith, nor Soudan was on theprouod.
