The “ Freeman’s Journal ” and “ Pail Mall Gazette,” in articles criticising the report of the “ Times’’-Parnell Commission, claim that the members of the Irish party have vindicated their characters. It is believed the Opposition will force the Government to take action on the report presented by the “ Times Parnell Commission. Mr Gladstone is prepared to support a Bill to be introduced by the Hon. Campbell-Bannerman, M.P. for Stirling Burghs, the object of which is to enable Roman Catholics to hold the offices ot Lord Chancellor and Lord Lieutenant of Ireland. London, February 18. O’Brien denied the truth of the finding of the Parnell Commission that the aim of the Irish Party rvas separation from, the Empire. Mr Parnell repeated his question in the House of Commons as to what action the Government intended to. take relative to the report presented by [ the Commission of Inquiry. Mr W.
