Kolnisohe appeals to the powers to hold a conference for the settlement of the matters in dispute between England and Portugal, relative to the Zambesi affair. English coal has been boycotted in Portugal, owing to the strained relations existing in consequence of the Zambesi affair, and two thousand tons of coal have been purchased in Belgium, to piovide for the deficiency.
