BLUE SPUR MINE.

Dunedin, February 1° At a sitting of the Board reviewers at Lawrence to hear the objections of the Blue Spur Consolidated Company against the property assessment, which has been assessed at 50s per share on the paid up capital, evidence was called on behalf of the Company which showed that the scrip was utterly valueless. One witness who held a large interest in the Blue Spur, claims that at one time they assessed the value of the whole property at £35,000, although the English Company gave £125,000 for it. The reviewers upheld the appeal.
