Grigg, Esq., of Otahuhu (now of Longbeaeh, Canterbury), and was added to by some ewes imported from Lincolnshire by Mr Jos. Newman, and has been kept pure ever since, none but the best rams obtainablehaving been used. In some instances as high as 60 V-tineas have been paid for rams to use in this flock. The rains , from this flock have now been ufied'dn- WaikVto for many years, and the satisfaction they have always given needs no comment.
