Dunedin, January 22. At the R.M. Court to-day, the justices held that a piano having been hired, not for personal pleasure, but as a means of obtaining a living, was a necessity, and therefore excepted by se<*tioii 11 of the In ants’ Contracts Act, 1887, and ruled that the plea of infancy set up was not available. Notice of appeal was given.
