ENEWAL OF LEASE. The gigantic success and patronage extended to the A ncklnnd branch of Stewart Dawson & Co., the well-known Watch Manufacturers, of Liverpool and London, by the inhabitants of New Zealand, since the month of April, 1884, has been so encouraging that, notwithstanding the present depression of trade in New Zealand, they have signed a renewal of the lease of their present Auckland piemises, so well known as Stewart Dawson & Co’s Grand English Watch Exhibition at 94, Queenstreet. As S.D. and Co, have enjoyed a good share of the prosperity of N.Z-. they do not mean to run away till better times come; hut to meet the circumstances, and being aware of the fact that in times of depression it is more necessary than ever that the working-man should have a good timekeeper, they have reduced the prices of the working-man’s Watches to the verv lowest possible margin.
