A MELBOURNE LOAN.
Melbourne, Januray 20. A city loan of one million will be raised shortly. FATAL BOAT ACCIDENT. A TERRIBLE experience. Melbourne, January 20. Two fishermen were capsized at Port Phillip Heads, and one of them whose name was Page, was drowned, Bailey, the other, was rescued after clinging to the boat for ninety-four hours. He qndvyecl terrible sufferings, and is now in a critical condition.
