This firm" buy their goods direct from Biitish manufacturers and from local mills. Every half-year they publish their price list for the ensuing season, and abide by it. Their principle is to do an'immense turnover at a fractional profit, their goods are consequently priced at a figure that no competition can cut under. That very marked success should attend such efforts is as natural as water finding its own level. These facts, accompanied by price lists, were laid before the country public six months ago, accompanied by the intimation that orders of over i £1 in value would be sent carriage free. ! To meet their large and rapidly-extending trade, R. H. Abbott & Co. have imported for the ensuing Summer Season enormous shipments of goods, eclipsing both in variety and value anything yet attempted by them. Those country settlers who have not yet given R. H. Abbott’s Special Parcel System a trial will, we make-bold to say, on opening the first Parcel, be agreeably surprised, and will regret having so long paid considerably higher prices for goods neither so good, reliable, or new. All parcels before going out arecarefully examined by Mr R. H. Abbott. The greatest care is exercised in selection, and in every parcel attention is given to reliableness of the quality of every article sent out. Note.—ln ordering, customers are requested to furnish full particulars of their requirements, suck as size of hand for gloves, or head for hat, and colours most preferred.
