R ENEWAL OF LEASE. The gigantic success and patronage extended to tlie Auckland branch of Stewart Dawson & Co., the well-known Watch Manufacturers, of Liverpool and London, by the inhabitants of New Zealand, since the month of-April, 1884, has been so encouraging that, notwithstanding the present depression of trade in New Zealand, they have signed a renewal of the lease of their present Auckland piemises, so well known as Stewart Dawson & Co’s Grand English Watch Exhibition at 04, Queenstreet. AsS.D. and Co. have enjoyed a good share of the prosperity of N.Z..they do not mean to run away till better tiroes come/ but to meet the circumstances, and being aware of the fact that in times of depression it is more necessary than ever that the working-man should have a good timekeeper, they have reduced the prices of the working-man’s Watches to the very lowest possible margin.
