EXHIBITION NOTES. Dunedin, December 23.
Thh I'rcsideut of the Victorian Court, Hon. G. L>. Langridge, is sending a couple of rases ot Victorian wines as a Christmas present to the Dunerlin Hospital. The other courts are expected to follow suit. From the day of the opening ' up to and including last Saturday night the total number of paid admissions bo the Exhibition is 77,634. This does not include season and free tickets. The number exceeds MM 1 * Joubert's estimate, and it is t expected over 100,000 will be reached before December is ended. During December 200 passengers have booked at Melbourne for Dunedin and the Bluff. It is believed from information to hand that this number will be doubled during January. Hon. G. D. Laugridge and t Mrs Langridge lcaA c for the North by to morrow's express, visiting Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland and returning to Dunedin, where they will remain for some time. ]\lr ]>eakin vas diiven out this morning to Blueskin with the Governor, and returns to Melbourne to-morrow.
