MINING REGULATIONS.

PRINTED Copies of GENERAL RULES, Mining Act, 1886, Part 3, "Regulation of Mines,"— Section 207, Sub sections 1-40 — may be obtained at the oifice of the Te Aroha and Oiiinbmuri News, or will be posted to any address. Note! Sub-section 40 of Section 207 states that " A PRINTED COPY of the RULES provided for in this section shall be posted in the office, and on a building or board in some eonspicious place in connection with EVERY MINE."

As S.D . and Co. have enjoyed a good share of the prosperity of N,Z.,they-do not mean to lun away till better tii.ies conic; but to meet the circumstances, and bein» aware of the fact that in times of depression it is more necessary than ever that the working-man should have a good timekeeper, they have reduced the prices of the woiking-man's Watches to the very lowest possible margin.
