Annual Meeting.

The annual meeting of the Board, fixed by Ordor-in-Conncil. for the second Tuesday in December, was held last evening. Present : Messrs Gavin (Chairman), Ilott, and Ahier. After waiting for nearly half-an-hour, Mr Ilotfc moved, That owing to Mr Lip9ey*9 absence, the annual meeting stand adjourned until next Tuesday evening at same hour. In doing so Mr Tlott snid it was most desirablo all membeis who could be present, should be, at the annual meeting ; more especially as the Chairman was to report re proposed erection of a sulphur bath house. Mr Ahier suggested next Thursday evening, instead of Tuesday. Mr Ilott said he did not think he wild attend on Thuradny. The Chairman suggested next Saturday evening at 7 p.m. Mr Ilott said, so far as he know at present, he would be able to attend on that evening, and would alter his motion to Saturday, December i.4th, at 7 p.m. (instead of Tuesday 17th, as at first proposed). The motion was seconded by the Chairman and carried. The Clerk was instructed to write to Mr Lipsey, informing him that the meeting lnid been adjourned owing to his absence, and requesting him to attend on Saturday next, at 7 p.m.
