London, November 23. Some of the Canadian and Paris news papers, referring to the deposing of Em" peror Pedro of Brazil, advise the populace of Canada to imitate the action of General Fon&eca and become a republic.
Berne, November 24. Switzerland has decided to recognise tho new Government of Brazil.
Berlin, November 24. It is possible that the German portion of the inhabitants of Brazil will declare their independence.
Montkeal, November 24. The Montreal " Herald urges the people of Canada to imitate the action of Brazil, and says that even the baby community of Australia is initiating an independent nation.
