THE EMPEROR WILLIAM. COUNT WALDERSEE'S INFUENCE. Berlin, November 24.
Count Herbert Yon Btsmakok, son of Prince Bismarck, speaking in the Reichstag, denied that Count Waldersee, the recently appointed Chief of the German Army, controlled the actions of Emperor William. Healsostated that it was unlikely that a Colonial Office would be established.
