Mr John Howell. the Company's manager, accompanied by Mr Poa^e, the Company's Assayer, left by yesterday morning's train for Auckland, en route for Melbourne, purposing to proceed thither via Sydney, for which port they will Sail by the inward 'Frisco mail steamer, due in Auckland to-day. Mr W. Adams has been left in charge of the Company's works and property. Respecting work progressing in connection with the minesat TuiCTe Aroha), Karnngahake, Waitekauri, etc., there is nothing new to report.
