Assault : Hohepa .Rapano was charged on the infomation of the Police w,tth unlawfully assaulting .Margaret H. Mahony, on the 28th September last, by taking hold of her and knocking her town Sir Wm, Wasteneys, solicitor for accused, pleaded guilty.
