Sydney, October 21. This Sydney " Morning Herald," in a leading article to-day, deals with the recent redistribution of "portfolios in the New Zealand Cabinet. It says that the changes made are a matter of considerable importance to the Atkinson Ministry, and tend to strengthen its influence. The re-election of Mr Hislop and his recall to thd Cabinet has, the "Herald" says, done enough to assert the contention of the Ministry against the action of the Legislative Council in the Ward-Hislop i dispute.
