Fnoai Mit Wit. Hapdow, J P., of Nelson :—: — 1 Allow me to add my testimony to tho ynlue of the Te Aioha Hot Springs. A fortnight a<>o I arrived hero, suffering from insomia. I was advised to liegin by using N0." 6 bath. This I continued t6 do for the first few days, taking a bath both morning and evening. Latterly I have used No, 2 bath, and this, combined with the admirable shower baths s and drinking the mineral water, has had a beneficial effect upon my health, which I am glad to say has been thoroughly restored. I am convinced the merits of your springs and mineral waters only require to be more widely j l\now n to begieally appreciated and patronised by numbers of of visitors and invalids who as yet are unacquainted with their wonderful curative properties." Mr Josiah Tui'ctien, Gisborne, makes the following entry in the Visitors' Book at the Domain Board's office:— "l brought Mrs Tulchen heie quite helpless, so much so that I had to carry her out of her bedroom to the bath chair. By tho end of the first week her health had so much improved that she was not only able to proceed to the batha by herself but able to walk about the grounds without 3 assistance. The improvement continued durthe second week, an I by the end of the third week her health was so restored through the use of the baths that we left forborne, as she believed herself quite cured from that painful alllic-tion — rheumatic fever. The bath used by Mrs Tutchen was No. 2, with electric b'atteiy ; No, 3 bath-house."
