THE WARDEN ILL. Thames, Oct. 11.

The Warden, Mr Northcroft, was to day too ill to give judgment in the case of Alfred Sawyes v. the Caledonian Gold Mining Company, claim £500 damages. He sent a letter, however, to counsel for both sides, intimating that he had considered the evidence and would give a verdict in favour of plaintiff for A' 375 and costs, which will amount to about £16. Formal judgment will probably be delivered to-morrow.
